I just wanted to have the original holders in a slim casing. Made from scratch, in FreeCAD, inspired by the original. It is just a hollow box with 1mm wall thickness. Like the original: the tolerances are tight (manual measurement 0,25mm). Before printing adjust the orientation of the model. I printed it standing up. It will only fit one "combo holder" and one "SD holder" together, because every holder has a different height (from the original).
