I made this for my CR-10S but it can be used with any printer that has 2020 extrusion. I created it with two different orientations depending on how you want it mounted to your printer. This is the SD Card extension I am using: https://amzn.to/2xKRZ8T Print the way it imports into your slicer and use supports. This gives you the best looking part with the proper tolerances for the extension to friction fit into it.
