After using this for a few days I am really happy with it. The best thing about it is you don't have to pull an SD card out of a slotted holder (that hides any labels on the cards) in order to read the labels. Finding the SD card you're looking for is SO much faster and easier! Quick video at: https://youtu.be/8AHcSzUVlNk Featured on "Hypertext" at: https://www.htxt.co.za/2020/01/29/the-rolodex-has-been-revived-as-an-sd-card-caddy/ A 'Rolodex'-style SD card holder. Holds 24 SD cards (or micro SD cards in adapters). Rotary design makes it easy to read the labels on SD cards without having to pull them out of a holder. Cards easily slide in and out of the holders that have a small stop to keep them from sliding out, but still allowing easy removal and insertion. Required Part Quantities: 2 - RollerSide.STL 1 - Hub.STL 2 - FrameSide.STL 1 - FrameBase.STL 24 - CardHolder.STL 10 - 3mm x 0.5mm x 10mm Socket Head Cap Screw A single file, CardHolderX24.STL, is also provided to print all 24 Card Holders in one go. See Michael Allen's card holder variants for Micro SD and MemoryStickPro cards at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4600474 All parts print with no support (of coarse!). I recommend using PETG for all parts, but PLA will work, however, it is strongly recommended that at least the CardHolder parts be printed in PETG for sufficient strength of it's small features. The holes in the Hub and FrameBase parts are designed to allow the screws to self-tap into the plastic. Don't over-tighten to avoid stripping the threads. If you should strip the threads you can replace the screw with a longer one (say, 12 or 15mm), since the holes go all the way through the parts. Tolerances are designed to be printed on a machine with a 0.4mm nozzle that makes holes 0.1mm under-size from the designed hole size.
