SD Card Rolodex

SD Card Rolodex

Update: I redesigned this so the slots would slide in to the box easier. I realize that this serves no real practicle purpose other than being a conversation piece. The idea came to me while explaining about "old" computers to my 6 year old daughter. I told her how we held all our programs on "floppy discs" and how we used a rolodex to keep them sorted. She didn't know what that was so I did my best to explain that too. This is partially why I made this, just so I could show her how that all worked while using more modern technology (SD cards). I also wanted to try and make something with small snap-together parts! Perhaps most importantly is simply because I find making things relaxing and it helps me center myself after a stressful day at work. Beware: I have yet to actually print this so it may require design changes! I also included a model of a mock SD card for the unlikely case that you don't have any laying around. Instructions I printed at .200mm and used a raft. It's a tight fit to get the slots in to the box and you may have to file on it just a tiny bit.
