Each SD Card Pocket provides enough compression that the SD card will not fall out, but also not jam. I 3-D Printed everything on a Prusa i3 MK3, so it works as intended. The Card Pockets have enough interference with the Drum that they can be lightly tapped in place. Only the Socket Head Cap Screws are vendor items. This was designed for a friend as a gift, so it's probably not the most practical card holder, but it does look cool. Especially with the engraved name plate glued in place. All threads in the Base and Yoke are NOT cosmetic but created in SolidWorks' Thread Feature. The intention being to 3-D print after design. The small rectangular recesses (.005 deep) on the Card Pockets are for 1.00" x .375" sticky labels.
