I created a new model based on this one: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1457674 because it didn't fit my 2016 CTC printer perfectly. Now I have more space for the SD-Card and can even accommodate two gaps for the SD-Card-Holder itself. This design is perfect to protect a permanently installed FlashAir SD-Card. It also works well with 31x7mm SD-Card-Holder holes. Here are my print settings: Printer: CTC Rafts: None Supports: None Resolution: 0.2 mm layer height, three top/bottom surfaces and two to three perimeters Infill: Twenty percent
