This is a Seahawks NFL football team logo banner, created using Blender, an open source 3D modeling, rendering, and animation software tool, which you can download for free from Blender.Org. I have used Maya, and have found that Blender is comparable to it, and easier to use, but that also depends on what you are use to using. Maya does have tutoial book and tutoirals online. Blender doesn't have a tutorial users manual or book, but there are extensive tutorials online.
