Seahorse feeder (Surface Feeder)

This is a remixed version of the original seahorse feeder submitted by Dulfy. They made a version that hangs from the top lip of the tank. However, my tank has a lid on top and a light so I can't use the clip part of the feeder. Instead, I added legs to the feeder and chopped off the chimney, so the seahorses do not get stuck. In fact, they enjoy being able to poke their head out of the top :)
