Sears Craftsman 10" Band Saw drive gear replacement

This is a replacement drive gear for a Sears Craftsman 10" Band Saw model 113.244513. The original part number should be 64 69162. A friend came to me with this part that had all the gear teeth stripped down from the belt. I modeled up a similar part and with a bit of sanding inside the sleeve, it fits like a glove and has kept the original saw running. It may not last too long with PLA, but other materials might last much longer. We will see how well the part withstands the belt. This goes on the shaft to attach the drive belt to the drive wheel. Why throw out a perfectly good sander simply because you can't find parts?!
