A device is intended increase the reach of a person with limited mobility. The device can clip above the seatbelt buckle, helping a user who may be struggling to reach the buckle in its normal position. The device is designed to stay in place on attached, but allows for easy addition and removal. A hole placed at the end of the handle allows for the addition of string or cord, further increasing the reach of the device. This was designed by Annie McCollum (Winston-Salem State Occupational Therapy student) and Jeff Powell, M.S. (Wake Forest Medical Student and UNC Charlotte Graduate School).
