I had enough of the original weak clipses in my SEAT Tarraco SUV. Finally I just cut them out and designed my own clips in 3D. Then printed them with my Creality CR-6 SE printer. Print SEAT_TAR_3rdSB_LEFT and SEAT_TAR_3rdSB_RIGHT (0.2mm 50 % PLA) and 2pcs SEAT_TAR_3rdSB_counterpart (0.16mm 70% PLA) You will need 2pcs M4x20 screw and 2 pcs M4 nut After printing press the M4 nuts into the counterparts then put the parts together as seen the photo. Cut the original clip carefully then insert the assembled clip into its place, try to turn the counterpart by ~90° with a small screwdriver then tighten the screw. Enjoy. Update after some hot summer days: I found PLA with 50% infill too weak, too much heat deformed it. Printed out from PLA+ with 100% infill, support only on the heatbed. I looks better now however it is the beginning of the summer yet. Will see in a few weeks.
