This was a 1 minute arrow nock design for a kids bow and arrow set my wife got our grandson at Dollar General. The arrows had no nocks so after some teaching he was able to use the arrows but I thought a nock would help. there are better designs out there but this was for a 5 year old shooting suction cup darts from a 3 dollar bow and arrow set. 7mm inner diameter
