Second fan for Reprap Ormerod

Second fan for Reprap Ormerod

This is a try to add an additional (software controlled) fan to the Reprap Ormerod. The original fan was replaced with a more quit one, which still runs all the time to cool the heat sink. The second one is controlled over the fan output of the Duet board, using DC42 firmware. Instructions To re-use the original screws that hold the "main-fan", I created stud holes to enter the screw heads. The cone and the the second fan are fixed with M3 screws of the proper lenght and nuts. Add some washers at the screw that holds the cone. For the second fan two additional wires need to be inserted to the cable conduit of the hot end. I had some issues with the hot end connector: the hot end stayed cold, but the connector reached high temperatures. Therefore I decided to add a highpower connector for RC model batteries for the heating and use the original contacts for the second fan. Parts are printed with PLA, 0.25 mm layers, 20 % infill (it's not much to fill ...). The base was printed upside down, the cone standing at the fan mount.
