cults3d
A beefy control horn (mainly for flying wings) that needs no Loctite to keep the linkage stopper in place.
I needed a horn that would stop the little nuts from eventually flying off, and even though I use Loctite, sometimes the nut would still unscrew itself and the wing would crash.
This control horn has a space for the stopper nut (4mm nut). You press-fit the nut inside and screw the stopper enough that you get resistance, then you back off one turn. That way, since there's no way to move either the nut (the control horn's inset stops it) or the stopper (the control rod stops it from turning too much), it's impossibe for this to ever unscrew unless you remove the rod.
