This brace deters people from removing the USB cables on this phone/tablet charger. It is designed to fit the Hercules Tuff charger, product #FAC-101A. Print with no supports, any z resolution, and 40% infill. Attach to charger by carefully drilling two holes into charger on each side, then use wood screws or bolts to attach brace to charger. We used security bolts to prevent easy brace removal. Note this brace is only meant as a deterrent; if someone really wants to remove a USB cable from this charger, with enough force or tools, anything is possible.
