So I'm building a new drone using a Navio 2 and Raspberry Pi 3, that's about 480 mm in diameter. This can be either fully printed, or cut using carbon fiber, G10, other various plates. Navio 2 Case: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3251955 Sled for Zephyr V2: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3301160 GrabCAD: https://grabcad.com/library/zephyr-v2-1 Non-printed parts you'll need: 2x 300 mm carbon fiber tubes, 16 mm outer diameter 2x 100 mm carbon fiber tubes, 16 mm outer diameter 2x 200 mm carbon fiber tubes, 8 mm outer diameter 4x 7 mm outer diameter vibration shock absorbers Screws/Nuts/Spacers 24x M3 20 mm (for Arms) 16x M3 6mm (securing motors to Motor Mounts) 8x M3 8 mm (for Motor Mounts) 8x M3 25 mm (for Leg-Clamp/Foot/motor mount through 16mm tube) 6x M3 12 mm (for GPS and Antenna mounts) 4x M3 30 mm (for Arm-Holds) 4x M4 40 mm (H-Frames) 4x M4 10 mm (for Leg-Clamp to Bottom-Plate) 2x M3 metal/plastic nuts (Need these INSIDE the Foot pieces) 34x M3 nyloc nuts 8x M4 nyloc nuts 6x 35 mm spacers, M3 Parts I'm using: Raspberry Pi 3 >> https://www.raspberrypi.org/products/raspberry-pi-3-model-b/ Navio 2 (GPS and power module) >> https://emlid.com/navio/ Emax 2213-935 kV motors with 10" propellors (254 mm) >> https://www.amazon.com/d/Toys-Games/Hobbypower-Mt2213-Brushless-Quadcopter-Hexcopter/B00EDHXZSK Arris ESCs 30A >> https://www.amazon.com/ARRIS-SimonK-firmware-Brushless-Multicopter/dp/B00UL4CYD6/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1544285371&sr=8-3&keywords=arris+esc+30a Matek 5v/12v PCB >> https://www.amazon.com/FPVDrone-Matek-PDB-XT60-Distribution-Quadcopter/dp/B06ZYFY89Z/ref=lp_13634895011_1_4?srs=13634895011&ie=UTF8&qid=1544285345&sr=8-4 RadioLink R12DS Receiver >> https://www.amazon.com/Radiolink-Transmitter-Controller-Multicopters-Helicopter/dp/B07FPF2HQR/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1544285399&sr=8-5&keywords=RadioLink+R12DS+Receiver Readytosky 3DR 250MW Radio Telemetry >> https://www.amazon.com/Readytosky-Telemetry-Transmit-Pixhawk-Controller-x/dp/B07B4VX5K9/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1544285446&sr=8-1&keywords=Readytosky+3DR+250MW+Radio+Telemetry USAQ GPS Antenna Mount >> https://www.amazon.com/USAQ-Antenna-Folding-Anodized-Aluminum/dp/B07B2P39Q4/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1544285473&sr=8-5&keywords=GPS+Antenna+Mount 5200mAh 3S battery >> https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N1GXZ3J/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 To update/add: Final pictures and build instructions Feel free to ask questions, make recommendations, observations, etc..
