SeeMeCNC.com makes one of the best pinch extruders out there. It handles 3mm and 1,75mm but by default comes with the 1.75mm setup. With these parts you can adapt a 3mm bowden tube connector. It doesn't require any tools so you can switch back to 1.75 easily.
