Sega Net City Arcade Cabinet Bolt Cover

Sega Net City Arcade Cabinet Bolt Cover

thingiverse

This print is for a replacement bolt/screw cover on a Sega Net City or Naomi Universal arcade machine. If you've done work on these machines you'll know these covers have a tendency to break or get lost. The non-critical internal dimensions aren't perfect but the external dimension seem to fit my machine perfectly. Pictures compare it to an original bolt cover and installed on a machine. Print Settings Printer: Rigidbot Rafts: No Supports: Yes Notes: I designed the flat "decorative" side the model a hair undersized so that on a heated bed the elephant foot effect would bring it to it's desired final dimensions. Similarly, I recommend printing on a heated smooth surface such as glass aluminum, or kapton tape over so that the decorative side comes out smooth to match the smooth surface of the cabinet. This is the best side to use for printing as well. I used supports from build platform to help keep the clip from sagging, the angle of the major overhang is such that it didn't need support.
