Inspired by a design by 10p6, I designed a cover for the Sega Saturn's Rhea and Phoebe optical drive emulators from scratch. You will need a SD card extension cable, I used a 25cm one which is way more than enough.

Tested on two VA9 european version 2 Saturns.

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

Prusa

Printer:

I3 MK3S

Rafts:

No

Supports:

No

Resolution:

0.2 mm

Infill:

25 %

Filament:
Prusament PLA Galaxy Black

Post-Printing

The cover can be attached to the Saturn case using four small screws, or use the spacers provided in the file on the original mounting pegs to hold it in place. The short spacers also secure the Phoebe PCB on the original drive mounting pegs.

Notes

I designed it to be a tight fit. If your printer tends to print on the big side, adjust accordingly. Actual SD cover part might need supports, depending on print orientation, other parts are optimized to be printed without supports.
