Sega Saturn Terraonion Mode light SD card support

The Terraonion MODE is one solution to replace the Sega Saturn CD drive with either a SATA drive, an USB key or a microSD card. I was first using a USB key but it did get quite hot so I'm now using a microSD card, through an SD card extender (roughly ~15cm) but I don't want to have it move freely inside. There are already several 3D printed solutions available (for instance, see https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4560075) but I wanted something simpler and faster to print (and if possible, keeping access to the USB connector). There's 2 parts: - main is the main frame, should sit tightly in the gap (you may want to file the border to not stress the Saturn's plastic) by itself. Once the lid is closed the SD card will still move a bit but nothing to worry about when carrying the console to some other place. - spacer, a small, optional piece to prevent the main frame from moving, blocking it against the Saturn's frame. You could print a mirrored version to cover the left side too, but that should not be needed.
