Snow wheeling translates into chargers laying in puddles. Never a good thing. Stole an idea I found years ago for my roomba - which did essentially the same thing, packed the charger & cords nicely into something that mounts with 2 screws, mounts in place of your electrical plug cover. This is based on the 67x35mm charger Ninebot S charger, and designed to mount to the 'designer' 115v outlets - (66x33mm) mine are lutreon - YMMV.
