I recently inherited a Seiko watch and the battery was dead. I don't live anywhere near an authorized Seiko dealer so I went to youtube to check out how best open the back of the case.... after watching a youtube video where the user used a hammer and screw driver to remove the back I figured I could do better than that! I'm not sure if this will work on all Seiko watches. My watch has the designation 7T32- on the back and it works great with that one! Just align the nobs on the tool with the notches in the back and turn counter clockwise to remove, clockwise to tighten.
