Self-Aligning PLA Linear Bearings

I created a DIY prototype based on the design of IGUS igubal self-aligning flange bearings, which were too expensive for immediate purchase, so I 3D printed my own using readily available materials. To my surprise, they exceeded expectations and greatly improved overall performance compared to earlier designs. The biggest advantage is that these printed parts can eliminate binding issues often caused by improper alignment, making the system more efficient.
