I have printed this holder with PETG and it's been working great for months now.

Every file is to be printed once, with the exception of the spacers, which you will need 4.

Apart from the printed files, you will also need:

For the cup holder:

M3x18 DIN 912 socket head screw - 4 pcs

M3x30 DIN 912 socket head screw - 1 pc

M3 DIN 985 Nylon-insert locknut - 4 pcs

M3 DIN 934 Hex nut - 1 pc

For the bracket:

M6x40 DIN 933 hex head screw - 1 pc

M6 DIN 315 wing nut - 1 pc

For the handlebar mount:

M5x20 DIN 933 hex head screw - 1 pc

M5 DIN 315 wing nut - 1 pc

I would suggest choosing stainless steel.

When assemblying the cup holder rings, do not tighten the 4 screws that connect the rings. They need to be loose enough so that the rings can rotate freely. The nylocks will make sure nothing gets unscrewed.

Print orientation is crutial as it affects the strength of the parts, so I have included a screenshot of the suggested (and tested) print orientation (The parts should be in the correct orientation when you insert them in your slicer). Use supports from buildplate where needed.

With the exception of the rings, everything else should be printed with 4+ walls and 30%+ infill. I have tested it with PETG, works great after months of use. PLA is not recomended, the parts will bend under the constant stress (especially the brackets, my first test was with PLA). I did not test ABS/ASA, but I guess will work as well.

I hope you enjoy this design,

Happy printing!
