Self-Centering Paddle Gear - 2MM Shaft Design

Here is another incarnation of that "Paddle Gear" concept. Lower noise, thicker interlocks, easier to print, and a lot more forgiving than a classic crown gear. Unlike the former attempt, this update locks those two gears together @ +- 0.5 mm. By adding a bevel to the gears in just the right places, in this design one gear keeps the other in line. --Was amazed at how well that inspiration works, even at higher speeds. Designed for a 2mm shaft. I used a small hammer to tap the same into the paddle gear. Sharing is caring, -Rn
