Selgar, the Enujan Enforcer

This was another character from a very old story I wrote a long time ago. Selgar was an anthropomorphic dolphin from the Islands of Enuj who worked in part as a police affiliate. He also wielded a spear and had hydrokinetic abilities. Apprently, I had a vivid imagination back then. I apologize if the exterior of the tube keeps getting in the way of the view. Anyway, enjoy!
