Did this during my spare time, tolerances in the middle shaft were a bit tooo loose, hence IRL when making the life counter, extra peices of plastic were required to be inserted to have the clicking mechanism work. Also not an original idea, saw something similar online and decided to have a crack at the same concept myself.
