This server housing is specifically designed to accommodate a DIY dry aging fridge, known as an openAger. You can find more information about it on the Valki website at https://www.valki.com/smartager/ or https://www.valki.com/sensorgehaeuse/. It provides ample space for multiple sensors, which I've found useful for housing 2 BME280 and one CCS811 in my setup.
