Senville heat pump downspout bracket

A bracket used for protecting heatpump insulated copper pipes. I wanted a minimum sized cover to make the installation look neat and tidy. I cut a 2"x3" vinyl downspout in half to make two 2"x1.5" covers (a perfect size for my heatpump) to protect the pipe insulation degrading from ultraviolet sun light. Downspout bends were made by cutting 2 sides of the downspout cover every inch in the bend region and then playing armadillo by interlocking the segments. You should print brackets in black ABS then spray paint them to match the house. Designed in Fusion 360 and printed on a heavily modified CR10S pro controlled by Duet2 electronics in a 65C heated chamber.
