Shifter extension is in 4 parts: 2 shaft parts that clamp together with M3 screws, a printed m16x2 screw, and a ball, the screw is used to connect the ball to the shaft. Base accomodates M4 nuts for fixation, added a version without sidewalls for convenience. Only base printing needs supports, if overhangs angle are not a problem you can just print it on the 3 button side against the bed and use support only on edges to help support the weight for version with walls, or print sideways for version without walls, holes for the buttons should come out alright
