Serenity from Firefly with custom stand

I printed the serenity at 200mm, can't remember now what % that was, so if you are after the stand, it is suited to the ship being 200mm in length, so if you already have the ship printed, then resize the stand accordingly. - I separated the engines so I could print them individually. - I separated the wings so I could print them individually, I also modified them as they fell apart after printing as the sections are not actually joined together, plus the gaps in them required supports that were hard to remove without damaging the wings. The supplied ones print much easier. - I modified the piston for the same reason... the end fell off after printing as it wasn't attached to the main shaft. You need to print 2 pistons. They are the same on both sides. - I rearranged the horns as the way they were, they needed complex supports to print them. The way I have them, they print easily on a raft and require no supports. The 'bracket' that I supplied, you may or may not need. When I printed the body halves, one of the brackets under the rear of the ship didn't print properly as it was too thin at the size I printed the ship. So I printed the bracket separately and thicker, cut the damaged one off and glued this on in its place. NOTE: when you print the body halves, be sure and use decent brims. If you don't the corner bits lift from the build plate and you get a really messy join that will need filling and sanding. I used 25 line brims (touching the model) and it held down okay. The Stand: I made up the stand from scratch. I tried a few different variations of the stand pole until I was happy with the way the ship sits on the stand. I added the quote from Wash (as a tribute to his demise in the film). The logo and leaf that I added to the stand came from Thingiverse (refer to the Remix Source Files section).
