I have designed three build trays: One for eight pawns, another for a knight, bishop, and rook that can easily be expanded with two more pieces on the build platform to print, and a third for a king and queen. Each chess piece is divided into two parts: a base and a component. The gap between these two components is 0mm, allowing them to fit snugly together without any need for adhesive - although some can still be used if necessary to hold them firmly in place.
