This is a set of soft-jaws for my 3-jaw chuck. It has 1/16" x 90 degree serrations. (Note that this is just one of many standards, another is 1.5mm x 60 degrees) I have also included the source file in Inventor part, STEP and IGES as it seems unlikely that your part geometry will exactly match mine.
