This is a fan shroud to mount a 80mm fan to a server psu, to force air into it and help with cooling. This could reduce the noice from the fan mounted on the psu it self. These psu's are often used for mining rigs. I added the Fusion360 file if you would like to modify it. And, it does not have holes for screws, so that has to be drilled. I used rubber mounts to fasten the fan.
