Servo Driven Valve

Servo Driven Valve

thingiverse

This invention is a liquid valve operated by a servo motor, enabling automation of liquid flow. The design's effectiveness depends on the valve type and requires three printable parts without overhang. A specific servo (http://www.dfrobot.com/index.php?route=product/product&filter_name=servo&product_id=120) is used due to its 140-degree rotation, which pairs with a gear ratio of 9:14 for maximum power. The parts are held together without nuts, using M5x0.8 tapped screw threads in printed holes. Be cautious during threading to prevent deformation. No holes are included in the servo holder; instead, use a 2.5mm drill and 2.5M bolts/nuts for secure placement.
