Settlers of Catan laser-cut interlocking tiles

This design is a remix of several others on Thingiverse that were all great starts, but none really had the quality of finished products. I've taken a lot of care to produce a design that's entirely vector-based and eliminates duplicate cuts. This means that the design cuts and engraves FAST (in less than 10 minutes on my cutter) and the pieces interlock PERFECTLY. I've had great success cutting these tiles out of masonite, acrylic, and birch wood (as shown in the second photo above).
