Updated version of "Catan 'Puzzel' Board" by diw08 (version 2.2). I increased the thickness slightly, added reinforcing bars (as the original snapped if twisted), and shaved a little bit off the spurs (as the original didn't click together on my Ultimaker - I had to dremel them). The STL refers to the version 2.2 STL from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:34439 - note that I needed to pass it through http://cloud.netfabb.com/ first. Also created holders for the port tiles - you need 9 for a full set so I have also provided an STL/SCAD with all 9 on one sheet. When printing on my ultimaker in PLA, I had to use a temperature of 225C - 220 didn't bind well enough to the print surface, leading to the spurs bending up slightly. The 9x port tile can really suffer from this - I recommend printing one at a time if you don't have a heated bed.
