Setup Blocks for Woodworking Power Tools (Imperial measurements)

Setup Blocks for Woodworking Power Tools (Imperial measurements)

prusaprinters

This is a simple set of setup blocks that I created to use with table saw, router, and other woodworking power tools.

I printed these on a Prusa Mini with PLA and measured with digital calipers. Accuracy was +- 1/128th inch measured with calipers. I found this to be close enough for my woodworking projects.

I printed the base at 101% size which was a good amount of clearance to click the blocks into the base for storage when I printed.

I filled in the info on each block with a fine point marker.
