I made close to a dozen of the amazing design from idig3d: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1913982 Then disaster! I was told I couldn't hand them out at work because they were "dangerous". Some quick thinking and 5 minutes of Fusion360 work, and I preset the "SFW" tree topper. Friction-fit to the top... literally "screw" it on, and it'll stay in place just fine... add a drop of CA glue for a permanent fit.
