SG22 Split Barrel Nut W/ Sleeve

Edit: after making a few, it has helped if you scale the sleeve up just a hair to allow for easier assembly. I also recommend no supports so cleanup is easier. If the sleeve doesn’t slide in just right, try and sand down the nut so it’s a little slicker. This is a barrel nut only for the SG22 (SpaceGat 22) or similar uppers with the same style printed barrel nut. This is really only for a specific circumstance which I am currently facing. I am lazy and don't have a vice anymore to remove muzzle attachments, so in order to add one of my barrels to my most recent builds, I cut the barrel nut in half, added a bottom ridge and slots, and made an outer "sleeve" to slip over the two pieces of barrel nuts. You can either use the included "sleeve" once you put the two halves over your barrel and then thread it on, or you can use your foregrip to act as the sleeve. Just make sure if it doesn't fit snug, use some electrical tape or consider epoxying the two halves to that foregrip and dedicate it to that barrel. If you're using the sleeve, your printed foregrips will NOT fit! I am working on a newly sized foregrip to fix this issue. This is a very niche print, so I don't expect many people to use it, but it works well and is worth a shot. Print with supports, everything is already set up in proper orientation.
