Sgt. Slaughter Campaign Hat

Sgt. Slaughter Campaign Hat

thingiverse

I finally got my hands on a Sergeant Slaughter action figure. Unfortunately, it didn't come with his standard Drill Sergeant hat...so I made one. I found a great base design here on Thingiverse (a scout scarf slide) and made a few mods so it could be used as an action figure hat. The specific action figure this is designed to work with is the recently released Mattel WWElite Collection Series 89 Sgt. Slaughter (the "evil heel" version that comes with the whip, beret and the tan uniform). When you take off the jacket, beret and glasses and put the Drill Sergeant cap on him, though, he looks pretty much like his old G.I.Joe self. Enjoy! Oh yeah, the finished hat pictured here on Sarge was printed in PLA at a layer height of 0.05 mm. I wouldn't recommend using a layer height any taller than 0.10 mm.
