IKEA Nävlinge lamps are wonderful and very bright LED lamps, available in different configurations. The LEDs are not recessed at all in the head, and you get easily blinded by looking directly into the LEDs. I created a sleeve which extends the head by about one centimeter, so you can't look directly in the LEDs anymore if you have one of these lights on your desk for example. To install, unscrew the head of the lamp, slide on the sleeve from the back, and screw the head back into the lamp.
