Shaft Mount Da Vinci 1.0 3d printer

This is a replacement Shaft mount for the pulley and belt shafts in the front and back of the Da Vinci 1.0 3d printer by XYZ Printing. These are made much stronger so they will not crack like the original ones did on my printer. There are pockets for 3mm nuts in this part to make it easier to install. Using nuts also ends the problem of stripping out the screws in the plastic parts. Instructions This part was printed with support with the holes facing down on the print bed and the round pins facing up. I show how I placed support using simplify3d in one of the pictures for your reference. I used xyz printing black ABS and printed at 100% fill. My printer is using Repetier firmware so I can't tell you what settings to use with XYZ software or firmware. I used 3mm lock nuts and 3mm x 12mm long screws to mount these parts to the printer. If you want to replace all the shaft supports in your printer you need to make 4 of these parts. Make sure the hole for the 16mm bearing is a nice fit so the shafts do not flop around. The way this file is drawn the shaft bearings were a nice press fit on my printer. If your printer has broken parts you may have to make scaling adjustments to get a nice round hole for the bearing.
