Shaft to Shaft Crank Connector

This is a connecting piece which connects two shafts and allows one to function as a hand crank. The holes are designed for m4 screws, 5 mm long. I have been using normal screws and just digging them into the plastic shaft to secure it, but I'm pretty sure set screws would work fine too.
