Shamrock Golf Balls Holder

Shamrock Golf Balls Holder

I took inspiration for my ball holder from this design by Mamo_Fuku, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5028205, which I completely redesigned by re-arranging the ball slots into a shamrock shape to keep the overall dimensions more compact. My version is not intended to be clipped to a trouser buckle, but rather to be hung from a golf bag. The ensemble is completed by a small area on the upper face, designed for a minimum of customisation. IMPORTANT NOTE: The item is sized and oriented correctly to be printed as is, but depending on the filament you use, it may be necessary to compensate for the shrinkage of the printed piece so that the golf balls snap softly into their holes. To do this, I highly recommend using Cura's "Scaling Factor Shrinkage Compensation" function and changing the factor between 99.1% and 100.0%; the examples in the pictures were printed with the Scaling Factor Shrinkage Compensation factor set to 100% (silver with red band, PLA), 99.3% (blue with orange band) and 92% (black with orange band) respectively.
