Shapeoko 3 Enclosure 25mm/1" Aluminum Extrusions with Drag Chain

This is my enclosure for my new Shapeoko 3 desktop CNC. I'm sure it can be adapted for any CNC/3D Printer utilizing 25mm / 1" aluminum extrusions. 25mm/1" aluminum extrusions work perfectly with 1/4" plexiglass/lexan sheets, as it slides in perfectly between the middle lining/ridge, which is why I chose it instead of the more popular 8020/20mm extrusions. The 1/4" plexiglass was thought to be better for protection against possible flying debris (ie broken bits). I printed all the corners/brackets instead of buying the metal ones because I was cheap - and I needed to put my two 3D printers to use. Plus it was fun to design! Anyway, nearly everything is tapped for M5 screws. I used #6 screws for the door hinges, because I had a bunch laying around. The back vacuum hose adapter is 52mm I believe, which fits my shopvac. As for the drag chain, I chose the 15x30mm ones I found on Amazon for $13ish. These are the ones that is semi-opened so you can fit all the cables, and without snaking. Print Settings Printer Brand: SeeMeCNC Printer: Rostock MAX Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: .25mm layers Infill: 80% Notes: Everything needs to be printed at least in ABS. The stronger the better!! I used temperatures in excess of 245-255 degrees for stronger inter-layer bonding.
