A Quick Fusion 360 STL to adapt the Sweepy Dust Collector shoe to a 2.5" Shop Hose. The tolerances are a little lose to let you adapt as you see fit, I use a little rubber band around the 35.5mm tapered end to slip into the Sweepy, it has a little wiggle room but makes a tight seal. You could use electrical tape or even just leave it a bit lose, the attachment of the hose to the router will keep it in place. On the 2.5" side I just used a hose clamp and is seems solid. I don't have a longevity report, it started as just a mock-up but seems to be doing the trick.
