shaper machine using nautilus gear

it is shaper machine.normally shaper machine run in whitworth quick return motion mechanism.but i fabricate and design a shaper machine using gear mechanism (nautilus gear)used.i am choosing nautilus gear radius is change in every angle so RPM also change in every angle.so set the stroke in both forward and reverse stroke.forward stroke to increase the radius and circumference increased of driver gear so driven gear radius reduced so circumference reduced.total RPM cannot changed but stroke RPM is change.so easy to achive the quick return mechanism in reverse stroke.
it is simple compact size compared in whitworh model and is also easy to transport one place to another place..
