Shark vs. Fish Acrylic Tile

Shark vs. Fish Acrylic Tile

thingiverse

I created an image of a large shark jumping out of the ocean trying to catch a runaway fish. The fish is rather small and barley is out of reach. This was printing into an acrylic tile with a CNC laser. Instructions I used Adobe Illustrator to crate my image and then saved it to my computer. After changing various preferences (raster speed %100, raster power %50, vector speed %12, vector power %100, vector frequency 5000hz) and setup tecniques (autofocus on) it was time to print. I sent the image to the CNC laser machine and put a large piece of blue acrylic in the machine. After about five minutes cutting the laser printed my exact image on the acrylic.
