SHAVING SAFETY RAZOR BOX

I was looking for a shaving box and for some reason I couldn't find what I was looking for and finally I designed one 3D print version. Razor itself was another issue I didn't like until finally I found one from Vikings blade and now i am happy with it. I am including screen shut if you guys decided to order it. It comes with a paper box that includes a mirror. I disassembled the original box and I took the mirror out and used it. Magnet diameter is 5/16 x 1/16. you can modify the design if you like to use different magnet. make sure do not do heat press on magnets. if you do it will loose magnetic property. just use a glue.Top and bottom pins for hinges I added threads for better grip. I used ABS for demo but I suggest PETG. PETG has much better layer bond.I am including solidworks files feel free to modify. When you print pins for hinges make sure print minimum of 4 at a time. for some reason the printer doesn't print correct if I choose just 1. I always print 4 at a time. The design has strong magnetic latch so it wont open by itself. I also added a few small holes different places for ventilation purpose. I hope you like the design. Enjoy Andre Abelian
